GEORGIA

Georgia is one of the most beautiful countries I've visited - I'll always remember the churches in spectacular locations, the hospitable people, and particularly Ushguli in Svaneti, with its 1,000-year-old towers dotted throughout. My photos don't do it justice, which means double unfinished business in Ushguli, as I missed out on a walk higher up due to an injured knee.

I Love Ushguli

Ushguli and Svaneti are amongst the most incredible locations I've visited, though my photos don't do justice to Ushguli

Gergeti Trinity Church and Mount Kazbek

Gergeti Trinity Church

It was probably a photo of Gergeti Holy Trinity Church silhouetted against Mount Kazbek that originally inspired me to visit Georgia
