Grey Mare's Tail Waterfall, Snowdonia
Not to be confused with a waterfall of the same name in another part of the UK (which I won't mention as I don't want to show up in search engines for the wrong waterfall!) - this Grey Mare's Tail is two waterfalls on the edge of Snowdonia National Park in Conwy's Coed Felin Blwm (Lead Mill Wood), North Wales. It lies just off the main road between Llanrwst and Trefiw. It isn't signposted, but if you have an Ordnance Survey map the waterfall is near to the junction by Nant Cottage at reference SH789609.
Apparently the waterfall is contaminated by lead and other mineral content collected as it flows from its source in Gwydir Forest, so I wouldn't be tempted to drink from it...
